A Letter From The 2026 VP of Recruitment
Dear Potential New Member,
Hi! I’m so excited that you’re considering Panhellenic recruitment and taking the first step toward finding your place in our community. As Vice President of Recruitment, it truly means so much to me to be able to welcome you into this experience.
This year, we’re inviting you into Panhellenic Paradise, a space we’ve created with intention, care, and a lot of heart. Our goal is to make recruitment feel welcoming, supportive, and accessible to everyone walking through our doors. No matter your background or where you are in your college journey, you deserve to feel comfortable, confident, and completely yourself throughout this process.
I know recruitment (and college in general) can feel overwhelming at first. But you won’t be doing this alone. Throughout this experience, you’ll meet people who genuinely want to get to know you, support you, and help you find a place where you belong. The connections you make here can turn into friendships that last far beyond your time in college. As you go through recruitment, give yourself the space to reflect and explore. Think about what you’re looking for in a community, what values matter most to you, and where you feel the most at ease. Go into each conversation with an open mind and an open heart, and pay attention to how each chapter makes you feel. This process isn’t about being perfect, it’s about being real and finding the place that feels like home.
We’ve been working hard behind the scenes to make this experience as inclusive and accessible as possible, and your comfort is always a priority. If you ever have questions, concerns, or need support at any point, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I’m here for you every step of the way.
No matter if you’re a freshman, transfer student, upperclassman, or international student, there is a place for you in our Panhellenic community. We are so excited to meet you, get to know you, and help you discover where you belong. I can’t wait to welcome you to Panhellenic Paradise, and hopefully, to a place you’ll soon call home.
Panhellenic can’t wait to welcome you all home!
With love and excitement,
Liberty Rister
